Go to Handshake to submit an event request. If you plan to host multiple event types, submit a separate request for each.

Toggle ItemSTEP 2: Arrange Catering or Refreshments
Employers are responsible for arranging their own catering.
All food served on campus must be provided through one of the following approved options:Option 1: BYU-Approved Off-Campus Caterers
Food may also be provided by a vendor listed on BYU’s approved off-campus caterers list. Only approved vendors may serve food on campus.Option 2: BYU Food-To-Go (On-Campus Catering)
BYU Catering is fully approved to serve food on campus.- Short-notice menu orders must be placed by noon the day before your event.
- Items not on the short-notice menu must be ordered at least three business days in advance.

Toggle ItemSTEP 3: Connect with Student Associations
Engage with student organizations that align with your hiring needs. Partnering with student associations helps promote your visit and connect with students by major or interest.
Student Academic Associations (SAAs)
- Contact specific SAAs to promote your event through club newsletters and communications.
- Partner with an SAA to host a combined event that highlights your company and provides learning opportunities for students.

Special accommodations for your visit.
If a VIP will be accompanying you, we’re happy to help coordinate a customized visit. VIP visits may include options such as:
- A building or campus tour
- A visit with the BYU Marriott Dean
- Additional hosting or scheduling support
If you’re interested in arranging a VIP visit, please contact us in advance so we can assist with planning.
